Dale Kelly joined POS in 2011. Dale brings over 29 years experience in the value-added agri-food and bioprocessing industries.He has a strong track record of business management and leadership. Most recently he served as Vice President, Agriculture, Biotechnology, and Food Division of the Saskatchewan Research Council. Prior to that he served as President and CEO of AgraPoint International, based in Nova Scotia. Dale has worked with all levels of government on a wide variety of projects, including international work.

Dr. Rick Green joined POS Bio-Sciences in 1989. As Vice President of Technology his responsibilities include supervision of technical staff and oversight of Project Leader activity. Prior to joining the Senior Management Team in 2007, Dr. Green was a Senior Scientist at POS. His technical background includes process development in the area of extraction and purification of specialty oils, protein concentrates, protein isolates and polyphenol compounds. In addition to his work at POS, Dr. Green has held Food Scientist positions at food product development centers in Manitoba and Ontario, and a food processing company in Alberta. He holds a Ph.D. in Food and Bioproduct Sciences from the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Green is a member of the Institute of Food Technology, and the Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology.
Ms. Heather Ryan, B.Comm., CHRP
Vice President, Operations and Corporate Affairs

As the VP of Operations and Corporate Affairs, Ms. Ryan oversees the following departments: Quality Assurance, Facilities, Operations, Materials Management, Human Resources, and Business Development. Ms. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation from the Canadian Council of Human Resources Association. She is a member of World at Work, and the Saskatchewan Human Resources Association. Prior to joining POS in 2002 Ms. Ryan gained valuable experience serving as HR Specialist with an international telecommunications organization, and HR Officer with a western Canadian cooperative enterprise.
