The Solvent Processing area at POS Bio-Sciences offers clients unique opportunities due to its size and versatility. Solvent extraction of herbals, oilseeds and other materials such as biomass is easily handled as well as hydrogenation reactions for edible oils. Flammable solvents such as alcohols and hexane are handled safely in specially designed explosion proof equipment.
