What attracted you to this industry in general and POS in particular?
Working in the food industry was more in alignment with my formal training of biochemistry and chemical engineering. I also find working in a setting where you can see the end-product of your work to be very satisfying.
How would you describe your experience of working at POS? How does it compare to previous roles you’ve had?
During the 20 years that I have been with POS I have worked initially as an operator to manager of the engineering services and now Principal Engineer. I have seen the organization from different points of view. The experience accumulated has been very helpful in mentoring new engineers, trouble shooting and designing processes on the fly.
If you were CEO, what would be the first thing you’d do to make POS even better?
Commercialization of our IP and entering into licensing agreement or partnership to further mone-tarize POS Bio-Sciences know how.
What types of projects do you work on at POS?
Scale up of processes and create future direction for equipment acquisitions and engineering ca-pabilities.
