Creating Value

POS Bio-Sciences has been creating value for clients from many bio-processing industries since 1977. 

Below is a list of industries we've served and just a few examples of the types of projects we've undertaken on their behalf, involving extraction, fractionation, modification and purification of bio-based materials: 

• Food ingredients:  (e.g. high value proteins and peptides, food additives, natural emulsifiers and flavours, novel oils)

• Health ingredients, nutraceuticals, dietary supplements and functional foods:  (e.g. omega 3's, PUFA's, antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, anti-cancer compounds, polysaccharides, botanical extracts, designer bio-materials)

• Biofuels:  (e.g. biofuels from algae biomass, waste plant materials, waste fat, non-food oilseeds)
