Employee Code of Ethics

The Employees of the POS Bio-Sciences are committed to the delivery of excellence in service by providing bioprocessing solutions that enhance our clients' competitiveness. We believe high ethical standards are necessary to achieve our individual and corporate goals. We are committed to:

  • Making a positive contribution to our clients, suppliers, one another, our communities and society;

We recognize that our Employees are the most important element of POS. POS employees are committed to working together with empathy and politeness, with respect for each other's rights and abilities. Our willingness to rely on each other provides the foundation for trust, respect, fairness, decency and equality that builds rewarding working relationships and leads to successful job performance.

Our Clients shall be treated in a courteous and polite manner. Strong professional skills will be employed in person, on the phone and in writing. We will always respond quickly to our clients' needs by listening, understanding and acting on their requirements with the same high standards as we expect of each other.

Our Suppliers shall be treated on a highly professional basis. The relationship with a supplier will follow the principles of integrity, respect and fairness.

The Facility and Equipment of POS must be treated with respect and pride. These assets come from hard work and investment and are the responsibility of all POS employees. Everyone will be committed to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

The Environment and Community that we do business in requires a high level of respect. POS is dedicated to maintain its high standards to preserve the air, water and soil resources. We will act responsibly and respect our facility in any business that may affect the environment. We shall treat our neighbors and communities as we wish to be treated and maintain all environmental standards, as we are a part of this community.

We will act respectfully, honestly and responsibly in our role as employees of POS. We will strive for and support a workplace that fosters:
