POS Pilot Plant is the only facility of its kind - anywhere. Our 54,000 sq. ft. facility offers the ultimate in confidential contract processing to quickly bring your product from concept to successful commercial reality. POS provides grams to tons processing capability, 24 hours/day operation, and a cGMP-compliant environment. Facility features include:

• 11 fully equipped laboratories for carrying out a wide variety of bioprocessing investigations
  
• 5 large dedicated pilot plant processing areas: primary, solvent(2), oils, and secondary

The POS facility is strategically located in Saskatchewan's Innovation Place at the north end of the University of Saskatchewan. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified, hold a Health Canada NHP Site License for manufacturing natural health products, a CFIA Site License for processing fish and marine oil with approval to export to the EU, and we utilize HACCP and traceability systems.
