POS Bio-Science leadership is attending IFT2017 and Bridge 2 Food.

 

 

 


POS Bio-Sciences commits to maintaining innovation and creativity as core components of our business. The annual Institute of Food Technologies (IFT) conference is being held from June 25th -28th and is an opportunity for members of the Food Technology community to share information about the latest research and innovations within the industry. As part of this strategy to be an industry leader in innovation and creativity, Dr. Rick Green and Dr. Anusha Samaranayaka will be among the 1,000+ exhibitors and 20,000+ attendees taking advantage of the event to create new connections, build on knowledge and expand business opportunities.

While at this event, Ben Kelly and Dr. Udaya Wanasundara can be found at the Algarithm booth, which is an exciting new company created by POS Bio-Sciences that provides a vegetarian source of DHA – Omega-3. If you happen to be at the event, stop by booth #1823.

Dr. Anusha Samaranayaka will also be attending “Bridge to Food” protein course from June 28th-30th. This course brings professionals in the food ingredient industry together to further develop the applications of plant and animal based proteins. By attending industry events and courses, the POS team works to maintain an expansive network of contacts and continually learn, grow and develop.
